How much is shipping?
There are no hidden costs. Choose your item, click on the drop down menu and the price you see includes postage and packing to your chosen destination.What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I place an order without doing it online?
Yes, print off an order form from the site and fill it in (or hand write an order), and send it with a cheque or postal order made payable to ANDREW ELLIS LIMITED. To, 30 Haye road, Elburton, Plymouth, Devon PL9 8HR. UK
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. If the items are in
stock they will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving
cleared payment and confirmed delivery address.
If the item is not in stock, or there is some other reason why it cannot
be dispatched immediately we will contact you. How will I know if my
order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched,
what service it has been sent via ( eg Royal Mail/ Air mail/ courier),
and estimated delivery date. If the item has been sent with a courier
you will also be given a tracking number.
What happens if my item gets damaged/lost in the post?
We always take great care to make sure items reach our customers in perfect condition. Orders are well packaged, we always obtain proof of posting and packages are covered by suitable levels of insurance. On very rare occasions items may get lost /damaged in the post. If this happens please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue with you first and then process a claim with royal mail/ the courier.

What is the Andrew Ellis Privilege club?
This is our way of saying thank-you to loyal customers by giving them exclusive special offers. We select a small number of people each month to receive a fantastic offer through the post. These are offers that will not be available on the website or at shows. It is free to join and membership is open to anyone worldwide.
