Customer service and satisfaction are very important
to us. We always send out orders well packaged and as quickly as possible.
If the item you have ordered is in stock we will send it out to you
within 3 working days, orders are often sent next day.
We keep only a small stock of the giclees, as they are more delicate
than the lithograph prints, and so to ensure they are in perfect condition
they are produced to order. The canvases are hand-varnished which takes
a little time. If there is going to be a delay of more than 2 weeks
in sending out your order, you will be notified via email.
You are welcome to contact us to check stock availability before ordering
if you need a print/ giclee for a specific date eg for a birthday/ anniversary
present etc.
We always obtain proof of posting when sending out orders, and ensure
appropriate insurance is taken to cover the value of your parcel.
